• Please submit two sets of images to this website. Save them as level 5 (medium compression) jpgs and attach the files to an email you send along with the Artist's Information page you will fill out next. Each image submitted in the first set must be 450 pixels on the longest side. These are used for the enlargements of each image. Send a second set of the same images resized to 200 pixels on the longest side. These are used for the thumbnails of each image on your main gallery page.
• Copyright and/or title information placed on each image is up to the individual artist. Fine Art Photo Gallery will post the images in the form in which they are received. For identification purposes, the title of each piece is written underneath the image.
• Artist agrees not to hold Fine Art Photo Gallery or its owner/employees responsible for copyright infringement committed by a third party.
• Submission of images grants Fine Art Photo Gallery the right to use these images on this website and related material only.
• Rights granted to Fine Art Photo Gallery are non-exclusive.
• Artist sets the selling price of each print by size and reserves the right to change selling price by notifying Fine Art Photo Gallery via email. All sales already in progress will be completed at the prior price.
• Fine Art Photo Gallery's fee is 50% of the selling price. Keep this in mind when determining the selling price.
• Also keep in mind your shipping costs when determining the selling price. Domestic shipping is included in the sale price. International buyers will be asked to pay extra for shipping.
• Selling price must be a minimum of $60 and considered "reasonable" for the art work.
• Artist agrees to provide prints according to the purchaser's request and resembling as closely as possible the reproduction of that image found on this website.
• Barring unusual circumstances, Fine Art Photo Gallery will notify the artist of a sale of his/her work within 1-2 business days.
• As Fine Art Photo Gallery promises prints to clients within 3-4 weeks of order placement, the artist must ship the print(s) to arrive at Fine Art Photo Gallery within 2-3 weeks (2 weeks is preferable) of notification of the print request. This allows the gallery ample time to forward the print(s) to the purchaser. The artist agrees to notify Fine Art Photo Gallery as soon as possible via email if this time frame cannot be kept.
• Shipper assumes responsibility for condition of print(s) upon receipt. Therefore, the artist is responsible for the condition of print(s) upon arrival at Fine Art Photo Gallery. Fine Art Photo Gallery assumes responsibility for the condition of print(s) upon receipt by the purchaser. If loss or damage occurs during shipping, it is the responsibility of the shipper to collect damages from the shipping service.
• PLEASE SHIP PRINTS VIA FEDERAL EXPRESS OR SOME OTHER CARRIER THAT TRACKS SHIPMENTS. ENSURE THAT THE RECIPIENT MUST SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY. Fine Art Photo Gallery will do the same.
• PLEASE PACK YOUR PRINTS WELL WHEN SHIPPING THEM. Expect that while they are in transit, they will not be handled as carefully as you would handle them. Fine Art Photo Gallery will do the same. Please package prints flat. Prints rolled and put into a tube can sometimes stay curled. If you have any questions about how to package prints, please contact us at contact@fapg.net.
• Fine Art Photo Gallery will mail a check to the artist for payment as soon as the print(s) arrive at the gallery.
• Fine Art Photo Gallery agrees to keep all personal information private and unavailable to the purchaser or anyone else without prior consent of the artist.
• Both Fine Art Photo Gallery and the artist reserve the right to have artwork removed from the gallery with prior notification. All orders already in progress must still be completed.
• Fine Art Photo Gallery reserves the right not to post certain images on this website.
• Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in removal of your work from this website. If this action is necessary the artist will be notified via email.

     Artist must accept these terms prior to submitting artwork.
